Jaana is the founder and Managing Partner of Johto Advisors. She has nearly 20 years of experience in executive search for C-level and Board members. Her client base is extensive, encompassing family-owned companies, publicly listed companies and the third sector organizations. Prior to her consulting career, she worked in various roles, including business development and communications within the service industry. Jaana holds M.Sc. in Economics and BBA in Financial Management. In addition, she completed her eMBA at Henley Business School in 2020.

Jarkko has nearly 20 years of experience in executive search, HR, and career coaching services. Before joining Johto Advisors as a Senior Partner in 2024, Jarkko worked as COO for a large HR consulting firm and was a member of the group’s management team. He also has experience leading an international growth company and staffing services. Jarkko’s clients include companies in the energy, industrial, and growth sectors. He holds an M.Sc. in Economics and has completed the Certified Board Member program as well as a Specialist Qualification in Business Management.

Olli-Pekka has extensive experience of over 20 years in executive search of Board members and C-level. He also focuses on Board and Management Audits. His clients include private equity firms as well as family-owned and publicly listed companies. Before joining Johto Advisors as a Senior Partner in 2021, he served as the Head of the Board & Executive services at a large international executive search firm. Additionally, he has held roles as a Business Unit Director and HR director in the metal industry. Olli-Pekka holds a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering.

Tuomas has been a Senior Partner at Johto Advisors since 2021. He brings over 20 years of solid consulting experience from a large international executive search firm, with expertise in C-level executive search, leadership assessment projects, and organizational development. Tuomas's client base primarily consists of companies in the energy sector, industrial companies, and those serving the industrial sector. Before his consulting career, Tuomas held managerial positions in the international machinery industry. Tuomas holds a M.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

Heini has 25 years of experience in HR management of multinational companies. Before joining Johto Advisors in 2022, she worked in the HR management of two listed companies. Heini has experience in sizeable industrial transformations, from M&A’s to developing organizational culture and leadership. Heini holds a master’s degree in law. She is also a work counselor for management and supervisors and has a certificate in strategic HR management. In addition to the executive search assignments, Heini also works in interim HR management assignments.

Our project coordinator Tanja is assisting our Senior Partners with various HR projects. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in International Business.
