After a thorough briefing with our client, we conduct an extensive market mapping process, reviewing hundreds of potential leaders.
The long list narrows step by step to around 10-20 candidates. Each company’s situation – and the leadership it requires – is unique, and so is every search we run.
We map the market rigorously to ensure our clients have access to candidates with diverse backgrounds and perspectives. <\/p>\n
